Country House Village Outside Bath
This beautiful Victorian house was completely gutted by our building team and then the interior was remodelled. Our clients brief was to create a home with an elegant fusion of the traditional and the contemporary.
By using cool greys and taupes throughout, with “pops” of colour in some spaces, the house has a sense of flow while each room has its own identity. We used warm wooden floorboards with bespoke silk rugs, contemporary lighting, and layers of texture in the fabrics. We added a very contemporary garden room to the side of the house. The finished result is a strikingly beautiful period home ideal for 21st century family living.
