Georgian Town House
Working closely with the architects, we designed an elegant classical interior for this Grade 1 listed property. The clients had collected quite a lot of Eastern art and antiques on their travels and were keen to introduce that into the designs.
In the dining room we used a hand painted chinoiserie wallpaper. The planners would not allow our clients to remove the ugly 1950s stucco plaster from the curved alcoves in this room and the drawing room. We designed and made semi circular sycamore and walnut cupboards to cover the stucco and create stunning yet functional storage in both rooms.
